Embrace Your Pace

 

A workshop for people who struggle with slowing down and integrating rest into their lives. Slowing down can fuel creativity and inspire change - the purpose of this workshop is to inspire participants to reflect on their definition of progress and their relationship with rest through a mindfulness lens. The 90 minutes will consist of a brief lecture, group dialogue, and journal prompts. We will close with a brief gentle yoga practice. Participants will be offered an opportunity to explore the idea of integrating rest into their lifestyle.
