In this two-hour practice, Aimee will not only lead you through an exercise that will hold the space for you to connect deeply with the emotions and stories within that have been dismissed and are ready to be seen, she’ll support you as she guides you to excavate, embrace and bring love and compassion to those forgotten parts. You will walk away with not only a better understanding of what somatic therapy is, but a body-based experience and practices to apply on your own.
